MindLife Therapy is a registered practice (CIGB), but is not contracted with Dutch Insurance Companies. Reimbursement from (supplementary) health insurance packages may be possible.

Complaints Procedure
Complaints
If you have a complaint, the first step is to communicate it with the practitioner. In most cases, complaints are resolved directly when addressed with the practitioner. The second step would be to contact the supervisor within the practice or other collaborating partner (see section About us). If you do not reach an agreement or referral internally, there is also the option to file a complaint to the regional disciplinary board or to the mental health inspection. You receive more information on this in our psychotherapeutic contract in the beginning of our work together.
